Founded by Siobhan Ainsworth, a social work practitioner and mentor, Anchor to Fly is a space for those who feel like they’re carrying too much, running on empty, or unsure how to show up for themselves.
Our sessions draw from our Anchor to Fly framework — a blend of grounding, nervous system awareness, and intentional growth. Our compassionate coaching helps individuals move from anxious to aligned — without pretending healing is linear.
